In this course, you will discover how to boost the value of your product by leveraging the power of AI and collaborating with Data (Science) or Analytics teams to get the value shipped to customers. There are no prerequisites other than some experience in any role related to Product Management, such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Head of Product, Scrum Master, Agile Coach/Consultant or RTE.

Program & topics
This training takes two days. On the first day we will focus on demystifying the concept of AI and learn how ‘the AI sausage’ is made in Data (Science) or Analytics teams.
On day two we will shift focus to achieving effective collaboration with the teams that create the AI and learn how to best integrate their work to boost the value of your product.
During these two days we will continuously switch between theory, practical examples, and helpful exercises so that you will increase your understanding as well as provide a useful starting point for back to the office.
Be familiar with all the concepts and terminologies in AI so you can have a conversation about it with teams that build AI
Who is it for?
Professionals involved in Product Management at medium to large companies that could benefit from collaborating with already existing (centralized or departmental) Data (Science) or Analytics teams.
There are no prerequisites other than some experience in any role related to Product Management, such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer, Agile Coach/Consultant, RTE, or Head of Product.
