Kateryna Zhuzha is a trainer at Xebia Academy and a Software Quality Consultant at Xebia. She’s your go-to person if you’d like to know more about our OKR training and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
As a quality consultant, Kataryna believes that QA Engineering is about testing, culture, and mindset. Introducing QA solutions, creating test strategies, building culture, and mentoring colleagues are part of her day-to-day activities.
She’s also involved in QA Automation, creating, designing, and executing automated test scripts to reduce maintenance costs for both Desktop and Mobile apps.
No matter what Kateryna does, it should be done by adhering to the highest standards. That’s why Quality Assurance is not just a few words to her. It’s a massive part of her (working) life.
