You can register yourself on our website by clicking on the training date of your choice. Then, click the “Book now” button on a training page, which will take you to the registration and payment flow.

All prices exclude VAT. If VAT is applicable, it will be shown in the payment process.

You can pay by invoice, credit card, or via internet banking/online payment system.

If you cancel up to one month before the first training day, we won’t charge you. Cancelations between one month and two weeks before the first training day result in a 50% payment of the total price. If you cancel a course within two weeks of the first training day, we charge you the total price. Please remember, that you must always cancel in writing.

Do note that we often offer the possibility to follow a training on a later date.

You are welcome at the Xebia (Academy) offices in Hilversum and Amsterdam from 8.00 a.m.

Training courses take place at our offices in Amsterdam and Hilversum. Both locations have parking availability but are also easy to reach by public transport.

All training courses include lunch unless otherwise noted. If you have dietary requirements, please notify us in advance by phone or via email. Or reply to the email you will receive asking for any dietary requirements.

We plan training courses throughout the entire year, so if you don’t see the training of your choice listed, there’s still a chance we will add training dates at a later stage. Contact us if you have any questions about that!

After a non-certified training, you can request a Xebia Certificate of Completion. Although we do plan to offer that automatically, this process is still in the making. In case you did not receive or lost this certificate, please contact us to request a new certificate.

If you lost your accredited certificate, please contact us. We can help you to request a new one.

Yes, in-company training can be received at your own location, online, or at one of the Xebia Academy training locations. Get personal advice on the options for in-company training courses, as we offer tailor-made solutions for any organization. Just get in touch with us.

As an ally/partner of both learning institutions, we offer two different training paths to become a Scrum Master: the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) learning journeys. The Certified Scrum Master journey is linked to Scrum Alliance, while the Professional Scrum Master journey was created by Scrum.org. Wondering which one to choose? For Product Owners, we also offer two different training paths to becoming a Scrum Product Owner: the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) journeys. You will need to log your hours in your Scrum Alliance account (likely set up when you received your CSPO®/CSM® certification). To do this, go to your “Certification Dashboard” under “Settings” at the top right of the screen. Under the profile picture, select “Edit” your certification profile. Scroll down to “Add/edit” your work experience. If you still find problems, you can contact support@scrumalliance.org.

PDUs are credits awarded by Project Management Institute (PMI)® and Scrum.org. Scrum.org awards one PDU for one hour of learning activity, so you earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) by attending any professional Scrum.org-approved training. PDUs are earned by attending a training course, not by passing a specific Scrum.org assessment. 

For example, after attending any of the following two-day Xebia Academy trainings, you can claim 14 PDUs:

After attending Xebia’s three-day Applying Professional Scrum for Software Development (APS-SD) training, you can claim 21 credits. Check Scrum.org for more information.

Maintaining the PMI® certification requires that you earn 30 to 60 PDUs per three-year certification cycle, depending on the details of your current certification. 

As a student/participant, you can claim PDUs under PMI’s “Education Courses by Third-Party Providers” category online. 

SEUs are credits awarded by Scrum Alliance®. You can earn SEU credits by attending Scrum Alliance® approved training courses. 

You need at least 70 SEUs to become a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Read more about CSP certification and claiming SEUs on the Scrum Alliance’s website.

You can log and track your SEUs in your online Scrum Alliance account using the “Manage SEUs” link on the dashboard. Simply add your SEU points in Category B: “Scrum Alliance Courses or Coaching.”
