As an SRE/DevOps engineering consultant, Lennart has an all-round knowledge of IT-related solutions. He’s especially active in the platform field, working with tooling and solutions such as Kubernetes and Terraform to provide PaaS solutions. While doing that work, Lennart always applies SRE and DevOps principles to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
In addition to his day-to-day work, Lennart is also contributing to a serious gaming and gamification platform created by Xebia. Gamification provides a great way to make organizational change stick longer. Introducing people through games to new concepts proves to be a great way to gain involvement. I really enjoy seeing people play our games and getting enthusiastic about the new concepts.
