Maarten Uppelschoten
Maarten is an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Flow enthusiast. He believes that the best solutions are created by yourself and that they often cannot be found somewhere else. It all starts with finding and understanding the current challenges and problems. How else do you know what to change or improve? He challenges all to use their brain. Applying Kanban, visual thinking, analytics and creativity makes this a fun and an “oh so” valuable learning and discovery journey. He is passionate about People, Processes, Change and Leadership. And this is what Kanban is about!
Next to being a trainer for the Kanban University, he is a change lead and process expert. He has worked for several consultant companies and big organizations. He enjoys sharing knowledge from practical experience and takes it beyond “just” theory to enable others.
