Evelien Acun-Roos is a Professional Knowledge Sharer at Xebia Academy, a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org, and a certified Training from the Back of the Room (TBR) facilitator. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, she helps Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Leaders, and teams grow through practical, brain-based training rooted in real-world challenges.
She has worked with organizations like ING, Rabobank, VodafoneZiggo, and Unilever—and is a leading voice on the human side of AI.
Evelien helps teams and leaders use AI in meaningful, ethical, and effective ways, focusing on people, collaboration, and augmentation over automation.
Her passion lies in helping individuals at every stage of their journey, whether they’re just beginning or have already experienced. Evelien creates engaging learning experiences using neuroscience-based methods that help knowledge stick and confidence grow.
